Shipping
We pack our boxes with care so that your purchase makes it to you, unharmed and just as charming as expected.  Shipping is on the same business day, Monday through Friday, so long as you make your purchase before 2:00 PM Central Standard Time. This gives us enough time to pack your goods and pack ‘em good.
We offer free Priority USPS, FedEx Ground, and UPS Ground shipping to the lower 48 states.  We also FedEx Overnight within the United States.  If you need speedier delivery, even if you’re located internationally, please message us.  Lastly, we use tough, recycled boxes for shipping our products, so keep this in mind when looking for your shipment.

Missing Packages
Depending on the destination, some carriers may leave your package(s) at the destination even though no one is available to accept the package.
Speaking from experience
- we suggest you request the package be shipped to a location where a person will be present to accept the package, such as a business address.  In the unlikely event that your package is lost we will work with you to resolve the issue.
